Engineering Department
Class-D Personnel represent the expendable workforce within the SCP Foundation’s operations. Comprising former death row inmates, they are conscripted for the purpose of conducting experiments and research on SCPs, placing their lives in service to the organization’s mission.
The Engineering Department encompass the development and upkeep of SCP containments and the facility itself. They fulfill indispensable roles in ensuring the improvement, maintenance, and operational integrity of Foundation facilities, contributing significantly to the organization’s overall functionality.

Their primary aim is to comprehensively understand and comprehend the SCPs, thereby advancing the SCP Foundation’s objectives for the betterment of both the organization and humanity at large.
The Security Department shoulders the responsibility of safeguarding SCPs, Class-D personnel, and the facility itself from internal and external threats. This elite unit is entrusted with the protection of the Foundation’s clandestine knowledge and enigmatic secrets concealed within the facility.

Internal Affairs Department
The Rapid Response Team constitutes a specialized force operating within the SCP Foundation. They are primed to swiftly respond to all manner of threats faced by the foundation, ranging from containment breaches to incursions by the Chaos Insurgency. During non-crisis periods, they remain stationed on site to bolster defenses.
The Internal Affairs Department will be the Police and Administrators of Site 51. They will perform normal Internal Affairs and Human Resources duties, as well as enforcing the Site Rules; protecting foundation secrets; reviewing departments; and assisting when needed.
